Pastoral center
At the Pastoral Center, we offer a variety of services to local pastors, meeting them where they are and supporting them in any way we can. Through friendship, we aim to serve, equip and empower them. Here is an overview of the services we offer:
Resource Center
Recognizing the crucial need for accessible materials, the Resource Center provides a diverse array of resources, including Bibles, discipleship materials, books, children’s curriculum, devotionals, and much more. We offer these materials at cost or for free, ensuring that local churches have the tools they need to thrive in their ministries.
Trainings
Our training center hosts regular workshops, conferences and practical training sessions designed to foster growth and development of pastors and leaders. In our Training Center, we offer a wide range of themes and topics, ensuring that there is something for every church to benefit from.
Prayer
At STS, prayer is a core value we hold dear. We put this belief into action by dedicating a room for prayer and offering a space for pastors to submit prayer requests each week, which are then prayed over by our staff. Through meaningful relationships, we remain available and committed to supporting pastors in prayer. Many pastors often feel isolated, but knowing that others are praying with them and for them helps alleviate the weight of their calling, reminding them they are not alone.
Generous Hands
This program offers shared financial support to accomplish projects within the church. A wide variety of projects can be approved, including furniture, construction, sound systems, and more. Once approved, STS will commit to covering 50% of the funds, provided the church congregation can raise the other 50%. Our goal is to motivate and encourage the church to achieve its objectives through shared vision, ownership, and responsibility.
Counseling and Mentorship
Our staff is deeply committed to supporting local pastors through mentorship and professional counseling. We strive to create a safe and welcoming space where leaders can openly discuss their challenges without fear of judgment.
Recognizing the unique pressures of pastoral work, we offer a compassionate ear and thoughtful guidance tailored to each individual’s needs. We aim to foster resilience and personal growth, empowering pastors to navigate their calling with renewed strength and purpose.
